How to use

Take Cialis by mouth with or without food. According to LILLY Cialis offers men with ED (erectile dysfunction) options. For use as needed: Take Cialis at least 30 minutes before sexual activity, as directed by your doctor. Cialis may work for up to 36 hours after you take it. For daily use: Take Cialis regularly at about the same time each day. Talk with your doctor if you have questions about how you should take Cialis . Check with your doctor before you eat grapefruit or drink grapefruit juice while you are taking Cialis. For use as needed: If you miss a dose of Cialis and you still intend to engage in sexual activity, take it as soon as you remember. Continue to take it as directed by your doctor. For daily use: If you miss a dose of Cialis , take it as soon as possible. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Do not take 2 doses at once.

The official Cialis manufacturer LILLY recommends you to follow these instructions. Cialis Is Not For Everyone. Only your doctor can decide if Cialis is right for you. Before taking Cialis, ask if you're healthy enough for sexual activity and be sure to tell your doctor about all your medical conditions and all medications. Don't take Cialis if you take nitrates as the combination can cause a sudden, unsafe drop in blood pressure. Cialis for daily use remains in your body for as long as you take it. Tell your doctor about all medications, especially if you take nitrates (often used for chest pain) or medicines for blood pressure, alpha blockers, antifungals, or HIV, so your doctor can be aware of potential drug interactions. Don't drink alcohol in excess (to a level of intoxication) with Cialis, as this may increase your chances of getting dizzy or lowering your blood pressure. Cialis does not protect against sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV. The most common side effects with Cialis were headache and upset stomach. Backache and muscle ache were also reported, sometimes with delayed onset. As with any ED tablet, in the rare event of an erection lasting more than 4 hours, seek immediate medical help to avoid long-term injury. In rare instances, men taking prescription ED tablets (including Cialis) reported a sudden decrease or loss of vision or hearing (sometimes with ringing in the ears and dizziness). It's not possible to determine if these events are related directly to the ED tablets or to other factors. Possible Side Effects

The most common side effects of both Cialis dosing options are headache, upset stomach, back pain, muscle aches, flushing, and stuffy or runny nose. These side effects usually go away after a few hours. Patients who get back pain and muscle aches usually get it 12 to 24 hours after taking Cialis. Back pain and muscle aches usually go away by themselves within 48 hours. Call your doctor if you get a side effect that bothers you or does not go away. As with any ED (erectile dysfunction) tablet, in the rare event of priapism (an erection lasting more than four hours), seek immediate medical help to avoid long-term injury. In rare instances, men taking prescription ED tablets (including Cialis) reported a sudden decrease or loss of vision or hearing (sometimes with ringing in the ears and dizziness). It's not possible to determine if these events are related directly to the ED tablets or to other factors.
